traffic warden writing out a ticket.the staff at the cafe waved
him and the warden stopped writing it out.two minutes later
he comes over,sits at the table and is presented with a free
cup of coffee.i was shocked.i didnt realise you could cancel
a ticket so cheaply.am now going to carry a flask of coffee
around with me.

At last i have found a decent cafe between Kew and Putney with side road parking.i must have driven past it a thousand times.
