Yes, London had a sprinkling of snow today and most people used this as
an excuse to take the day off. For me there were some moves that had
to happen today.OK it took me two hours to get to the first job and another
hour to get to the second.Parking was difficult but it wasnt until i was half
way through my second job that i realized there were no traffic wardens.
There were also no buses,very few vans and practically no lorries.The North
Circular was clear of snow and clear of traffic.Boris canceled the congestion
charge and Trafalgar Square was full of happy people taking photographs
of snow.And so did I.

For the rest of the afternoon i double parked to my hearts content.
Lets hope the traffic wardens are off tomorrow
