Man and Van wanted

Over and over customers tell me that the the things that make them nervous about using a man and van service are the possibility that that the “man” will cancel after receiving a better offer, break down on the way to you or drive off with all your worldly goods after loading up and never be seen again.Search my website and you will find the address where i am based.I also have the home addresses of each of the drivers i pass on to the customer when they want a recommended driver that i have used before.I also use these drivers if i am running late or break down.I personally have never canceled a job because i had a better offer.If you know of a genuine man and van in london who has a high top transit van or luton who would like to join our group then ask him to e-mail me.

I had a customer call me the other night after being let down by 4 vans (yes 4 vans!) which they booked through gumtree one broke down and the other three didnt bother to turn up! be very carefull if booking a man and van from gumtree i get calls every week from stressed out customers when there van has not turnt up.Or you could just use me george or someone else he recomends as we always turn up!

There are some good guys on gumtree but if they break down before a job starts they should help find an alternative.

The problem with some of the guys from Gumtree, is that,if they had taken the booking from customer at a reduced rate (sometimes you have to do that if your diary is empty, just to secure work)and someone else (customer)calls you and guarantees six hours job at full rate. As those guys from Gumtree are usually one man band and have no replacement around them. Their tend (not all) to take the job on, which is more profitable, without cancelling with a customer already booked job.

I’ve never used gumtree for any work but i think it might be worth a look. I think the quality of a man with a van depends very much on who the ‘man’ is – we try hard not to let people down but I doubt every man with a van is the same.

not all man and van r bad. this is a good one handy van of taunton somerset. going for 10 years and going he is on e-bay and viva street and gumtree. try google his no 07788450274 to moor on hem. top man
