kensington and chelsea double parking

have been given a ticket for double parking while loading.it was 8.30p.m.
on a quiet,wide street.i will appeal but doubt if they use common sense.

I got 1 for double parking in lambeth,i always tell the customer if they dont provide parking permits i will have to charge them if i do get a ticket.

Received a letter saying they may reconsider if i supply invoices.traffic warden it seems didnt take a photo.He drew a diagram.

Received a letter today from Roger Krall,Compliance Case Officer and he has accepted my evidence of loading.
Hope this spirit of common sense catches on.

My mate recieved a parking ticket today from lambeth council and got it cancelled by sweet talking the female traffic warden!
so when they say they cant cancel the ticket as it has been printed dont beleve them!

Tell me that again in 6 weeks time when he receives the fine through the post.Did she take a photograph of the ticket on the windscreen?
