download flashget at flashget.com
this is a download manager.then use flashget program to download malwarebytes
at malwarebytes.org .this cleared a horrible virus i picked up.then run a virus checker, change your passwords and monitor your credit card.
i think you could also have someone e-mail you the malwarebytes program or use msn.
Please leave a comment if you try any of the above.

Mon ordi etait tellement infecte, ni Firefox ni Internet Explorer marcherait.
Grace a dieu.

malwarebytes is now using a redirect on its download and regularly changing the url
possibly to keep ahead of this virus.
i have uploaded my copy http://alloageorge.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2008/09/mbam-setup.exe

Got this VERY nasty virus that took down my computer entirely. Got the malwarebytes program and about 5 others on a flash drive and the virus blocked installation of every single one of them. Finally I gave up…

Over the last month I’ve been getting consistently positive reports about Malwarebyte’s. It seems that since version 1.31 programmers implemented some tricky algorithms that are capable of effectively removing Virtumonde (which is otherwise a very stubborn parasite). But the story goes on – latest mutations of virtumonde virus attempt to block connections to MBAM website so that to prevent users from downloading the software. A couple of people commented in my hub that they used setup uploaded to either Rapidshare or Megaupload, which seems to fool the malware and allows to install the program.

fixed a friends computer where the virus wouldnt let me download malewarebytes properly.i downloaded maleware bytes twice.the second time my computer added a 2 to the program name.i then opened the second program into a new folder.dont call it malewarebytes or mbam etc.i called mine bob.i then went into the bob folder and renamed the exe program.marewarebytes could now work.
clear as mud,i know, but the best explanation i could give.
